Whether for a week of relaxing solitude, or a visit to explore our community, our Property Management Division can help you find the right short or long-term rental that is perfect for your needs. Many of these units are also available for purchase, with prices ranging from under $60,000 to over $100,000.
A special selection of private homes are often available on a long-term lease basis.

We're proud to provide the best possible service for our owners and guests. Our goal is to not only facilitate needed income to absentee owners, but also to keep their property in the best possible condition - maintaining and increasing its value over the entire length of time it is managed by our organization.
Our licensed property managers are on call 24 hours a day to handle any emergency that may arise. We also have an excellent working relationship with several local maintenance companies that provide prompt and courteous service.

We provide these owners the upkeep necessary in maintaining their property to the highest standards. We coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping. From light bulbs to painting to new HVAC units, we help the absentee owner take care of tasks that can only be handled on site.
